Not a black box. A board-auditable pipeline. Every signal has a claim, every score has a custody ledger. In 2022, before generative avatars, this was filed to make human-like adaptation adoptable — fast, affordable, and governed by CDR as foundation.

STAGE 01 • INPUT
Signal Ingestion
Camera 102 / Mic 104 / Transcript. What they say + how they say it + what they show.
Claim 1, 7
STAGE 02 • SCORING
AI Model 116
Doesn't label happy/sad. Scores conviction, attention, receptivity. Predicts outcome.
42% LOW61% MID78% HIGH
STAGE 03 • ADAPTATION
Engine 210 + KG
Builds prompt with emotion + profile. Voice clones tone, visual matches empathy.
Claims 15,17
STAGE 04 • LIVE
Live Update
During streaming, not after. Tutor pauses, meeting simplifies, recruitment pauses.
Not dashboard. Action.

TRANSCRIPT
WHAT THEY SAY
Not just speech-to-text. Context-aware understanding of query + intent + user profile. Multimodal query per Claim 1. Example: "just browsing" at 2am for 3 weeks = high-stakes research, not casual.
Intent Pattern (F6)
VERBAL CUE
HOW THEY SAY IT
Tone, pitch, pace shift. Flat tone = disengagement, rising = confusion, faster = excitement. Scored real-time per Claim 7. Ears catch it before mind processes. "Not sure..." flat + pace drop = low conviction.
Behaviour Pattern (F7)
VISUAL CUE
WHAT THEY SHOW
Facial expression, gesture, posture, hand raise, yawn, slouch, eye contact drop. Before mouth says it, body already said it. Hand raise = pause interview, yawn = suggest break. Not emotion label, action trigger.
Emotional Pattern (F8)

hand raise
Camera 102 and Mic 104 capture cues. AI Model 116 extracts feature vectors — tone, pitch, gesture — not raw video. Raw frames never stored. Zero retention policy. What is stored is custody ledger F6,F7,F8, not face.

THEN • SATISFACTION SCORE • THING OF THE PAST

Calculated from positive, neutral, negative words. Word-count, not understanding.

Traditional conversational AI scored satisfaction by counting positive words, neutral words, negative words. Text-based sentiment and contextual analysis plus voice modulation. Suitable only for text and audio, not video. Unidirectional, sequential processing. Completely ignored emotional quotient while responding. It gave a dashboard after conversation — smile = happy label — but no action during conversation.

NOW • SEMANTIC-BASED CONTEXTUAL ANALYSIS • EI LAYER 2022

Intent + sequence + profile + tone + gesture. Context, not word-count.

I filed in 2022, before generative avatars, to move beyond satisfaction score. EI does not count positive words. It reads semantic context — why a person does what they do. User says "just browsing" but sequence shows comparing for 3 weeks at 2am — transcript alone misses intent. Add flat tone + pace drop + hand raise + eye drop = low conviction + high receptivity. That is semantic-based contextual analysis + objectified voice modulation + correlated body language analysis. Text, audio and video, with emotional quotient at core, bidirectional, live adaptation during streaming.

Intent + Behaviour + EmotionalText, Audio, VideoLive action
Why this matters: Same camera, different outcome. Old gave dashboard after. EI pauses, simplifies, suggests break — during streaming. Governed from first frame by CDR F6,F7,F8.

STAGE 02 • AI MODEL 116 • SCORING, NOT LABELING
Doesn't label happy/sad. Scores traits that predict outcome.

Emotion AI said: smile = happy label. That's a dashboard for analyst. No action for user. EI Model 116 says: conviction 42% LOW, attention 61% MID, receptivity 78% HIGH — will user disengage? Should we simplify? This is empathy-based learning per Claim 10, not emotion labeling.

42%
Conviction LOW — Words say "maybe", tone flat, eye drops. User not convinced, not confused. Action: simplify, don't complicate.
61%
Attention MID — Looking but slouching, pace slow. Half there. Action: re-engage with pause or check.
78%
Receptivity HIGH — Despite low conviction, high receptivity means user wants help, not more information. Action: offer help, not pitch.
Patent Claim 10: Empathy-based learning, matching virtual image with user visual appearance based on emotional state. Generates personalized response that matches empathy, not just content.

This is what human does face-to-face: sees low conviction + high receptivity → simplifies. EI does same, in real-time, board-auditable.

STAGE 03 • ENGINE 210 + KNOWLEDGE GRAPH ONTOLOGY
Builds prompt with emotion + profile. Not just what to say, how to show it.

Server AI Engine 210 takes trait scores + user profile + intent pattern and builds a prompt for Knowledge Graph Ontology. KG personalizes response — not just text, but tone, pace, visual empathy match. Voice clone mirrors calm, not excitement. Virtual avatar matches slouch with gentle posture, not stiff. This is Claims 15 and 17.

INPUT TO KG
• Intent: high-stakes research
• Conviction 42% LOW
• Receptivity 78% HIGH
• Profile: first-time, anxious
OUTPUT FROM KG
• Simplify language
• Pause, check understanding
• Voice: calm, slow
• Visual: open posture, eye contact

PERSONALIZED PROMPT
→ Simplify + calm tone + open posture
Human-like, not bot-like: Bot says "I understand you are frustrated." Human slows down, softens tone, opens posture. EI does second, not first. That's adoptability.
04
STAGE 04 • LIVE UPDATE DURING STREAMING • CLAIMS 15,17
Not after meeting. During streaming. That is the difference.

Emotion AI gave you dashboard after meeting: "user was disengaged at 14:32." Too late. EI gives you action at 14:32:01 — pause, simplify, suggest break. Tutor sees distracted → pause. Meeting bot sees low conviction → simplify language. Recruitment bot sees hand raise → pause interview. Yawn → suggest break. This is live-update multimodal content, not post-analysis.

✗ Dashboard:After session, for analyst. No action.
✓ EI Live:During session, for user. Immediate action, board-auditable.

FOUNDATION + TOOL • GOVERNED BY CDR 2.0

CDR is foundation, EI is tool.
Two pillars, same building.

Data from EI is not stored as video. It is governed as custody ledgers F6,F7,F8 — Intent, Behaviour, Emotional. Zero retention, board-auditable, EU AI Act mapped.

Why board-auditable matters: Emotion AI stored faces. EI stores ledger entries — trait scores that triggered decision, not face. Every adaptation logged with why. CDR governs EI. You don't need engine details to drive car, you need brakes.
